Mazda introduces driving school programme
In a bid to increase new car sales to driving schools, Mazda will offer a series of enticing new incentives to driving instructors.
The driving school programme, which includes the Mazda2 and Mazda3, offers low rate vehicle finance, He-Man dual controls supplied and fitted free, free metallic paint and a free car header board with graphics.
A secondary speedometer will be fitted free of charge on the Mazda3 also.
The programme is aimed at the 17,000 qualified driving instructors in the UK, but with evidence suggesting that newly qualified drivers buy a similar car to the one they trained in, Mazda believes it will boost sales in the long run also.
“Demand for Mazda vehicles has been strong throughout 2010" said Mazda fleet and remarketing director Peter Allibon.
“We believe that our new special programme makes the Mazda2 and Mazda3 even more attractive to driving instructors."
The Mazda2 and Mazda3 are priced from £9,820 and £14,230 respectively.
