Chevrolet UK tour to promote Spark
Chevrolet has announced the Chevrolet Spark Unscheduled Tour in the UK, designed to promote the new Spark supermini.
The launch will take place on the 8 April in London, at the Vinyl Factory, giving 250 music lovers the chance to hear the new tracks as well as experience the world’s first fully functioning car DJ booth, which will feature throughout the tour.
After the launch, members of the public will be asked to vote for where they’d like the tour to go to, with venues ranging from a drained swimming pool and multi-story car park to an old picture house and ferry across the Mersey. A ‘pop up’ gig will take place every two weeks throughout April to June.
For the tour Chevrolet has teamed up with respected illustrators and in-house art directors at ISO Kate Moross, Jack Featherstone and Hans Lo to create a series of light installations – while musical acts such as the Mystery Jets and Jack Penate, street artist Jimi Crayon and nail artist Sharmadean Reid will also feature on the tour.
The Chevrolet Spark city car is available from this Spring from £6,945 on-the-road.
