About the Peugeot 4007
The Peugeot 4007, introduced in 2007, is Peugeot’s first compact crossover SUV. It shares underpinnings with the Citroen C-Crosser and Mitsubishi Outlander, but boasts a Peugeot-designed front end.
The SUV features a commanding driving position and can easily be switched from a front wheel to an all wheel drive courtesy of a button in the cabin.
Featuring a five plus two seating layout which is rare in SUVs, the 4007 has a back row of two seats which can be folded into the floor when not needed. The second row also folds at the touch of a button.
The split tailgate can handle a load capacity of 200kg and the 4007 includes typical off-roader features such as trip computer, air conditioning and fog lights.
Available in SE or GT trim level, the 4007 is one of the most frugal off-roaders around. The HDi engines are capable of returning 39.2mpg and CO2 emissions of 191g/km.
