The Range Rover Sport was launched in 2005 and redesigned in 2009. It is a five-seat sporty Range Rover model.
It is smaller and lower than the Range Rover and is built predominantly for on-the-road driving.
The Range Rover Sport has been given a two-bar front grille and two bars in the side vents side. A new front bumper and new exhausts give the 2009 model a lower, sportier look.

The 2009 facelift introduced two new engines to the Range Rover Sport. These were the new Jaguar Land Rover twin-turbo 242 3.0-litre TDV6 diesel unit and the 505bhp 5.0-litre V8 supercharged petrol unit
