About the Ford Fusion

The Ford Fusion was introduced in 2002 and given a facelift in 2005. It comes in Style+, Zetec and Titanium trim levels.
The Fusion is a stretched version of the Ford Focus, with extra luggage space and drawing from both estate and MPV designs. In reality, it is a large supermini with a higher roof and driving position than the Focus.
The Fusion boasts folding down seats and a low rear loading lip design to make storing larger objects easier.
Two Duratec 16V petrol engines are available alongside two diesel units. Fuel economy for the diesel engines comes in at 62.8mpg while the best petrol engine fuel economy comes with the 1.4i petrol with manual transmission at 45.6mpg.
