Peugeot 5008 named Best in Class
The Peugeot 5008 has been named MPV of the Year at the What Car? Green Car of the Year awards.
The Peugeot 5008 is a seven-seat compact MPV and utilises the company’s renowned HDi diesel and petrol engines.
The high quality interior makes this MPV versatile while an average fuel economy of 53.2mpg and CO2 emissions of 140g/km ensure that running costs are cheap.
What Car? says: “The Peugeot 5008 was our favourite MPV in this year’s Car of the Year awards."
“An MPV that scores so highly on every front and also boasts class-leading efficiency and emissions can only be our Green MPV of the Year."
Editor-in-Chief added to these comments stating: “It’s also impressively kind to the environment – and your pocket."
The multi-award winning Peugeot 5008 has picked up several industry accolades since its launch in 2009. The seven-seat model has also proved a sales success in a market dominated by the likes of the Citroen C4 Grand Picasso and Renault Espace.
The Peugeot 5008 compact MPV is available now from £17,495.
