Mazda triumphs in customer satisfaction survey
Mazda has emerged as the best car company for customer satisfaction in the UK Institute of Customer Service (ICS) Satisfaction Survey.
The survey is produced twice a year and asks 26,000 people about the service they have received from the UK’s major organisations. Mazda scored 80.6 per cent, a full five per cent above the industry average of 75.6.
The ICS has revealed that the top customer priority is ‘overall quality of the product or service’, followed by ‘being treated as a valued customer’ and ‘speed of service’.
Steve Jelliss, Aftersales Director for Mazda UK, said: “This survey is a strong testament to the quality of our products, our customer service philosophy and the ability of Mazda dealers."
Mazda also recently celebrated unprecedented corporate sales of the Mazda3 and Mazda6, as well as adding special edition Takuya models to these ranges.
The Mazda3 and Mazda6 ranges are priced from £14,230 and £16,995 respectively. The special edition Takuya models start at £11,915 on the road.
